YouTube Workouts That Rock My Body!

In this Saturday’s “Healthy Lifestyle” video post, I share the fantastic YouTube workouts that I do to stay fit as a work-from-home mom.

I can’t say enough about the great videos on YouTube for working out! If you are bored with your current workouts and are looking for something new and FREE, I have some great suggestions here to spice up your workout life! You can completely customize your search for whatever strength and level you are looking for, and it’s a fun way to try out something new.

Whatever you do, make exercise a part of your life no matter what! It gives you added energy to tackle the day, and is such a benefit to you, your family, and your business. You can’t put a price on health, but it’s always GREAT when you can get workouts for FREE!!

I mention in the video that I have added weight lifting to my workouts, and have two very favourite YouTube go-to channels that I frequent often.

The first is Jennifer Aguirre’s channel. I use her kettlebell workouts. Now, first off, she recommends 20-25 lb kettlebells. I am NOT there yet, but if you are, good on you! I am still at 15 lbs and only 15 reps per set. Also, I made the mistake of buying those HUGE klunky kettlebells. Not recommended. Stick to those cute little metal ones. Mine BEAT ME UP. The first couple of times I was covered in bruises on my forearms, and now have to strap my arms to avoid the pain. But I’m cheap….and won’t go out and buy new ones 🙂 Here are the links to her workouts:

My newest fav find on YouTube came to me courtesy of Jordan Ciecewa at One Fit City TV, his “Workout of the Week” video is fantastic and it’s become a “must do” every week for me.  So many other tips on there for target training, recipes, eating healthy, portion control, etc.  It’s a gem of a channel! I highly suggest you dive into these channels for some great FREE information, and I hope they add a great challenge for you, and get you on track to that new body you work so hard for! 🙂
