In today’s video blog, I share which Apps I use to stay fit and healthy as a busy work-from-home mom!
Fitness and eating healthy are a huge part of my lifestyle. I believe that making sure to make time to workout and cook your own meals is a vital part to having a happy home. I see eating healthy and staying fit as important in life as sleep, and think it’s wonderful when moms are an example to their children that staying active and taking care of your body are just part of your lifestyle.
In the video I talk about the two apps that I use. The carb cycling app is done by Chris and Heidi Powell, and the information for getting this app for free is available by clicking on their picture on this page! One app that I couldn’t do without for working out is the Nike Training Club App. There are SO many different AWESOME workouts you can do. You can tailor it to exactly what you want to do, your level of fitness, the time you want to work out, it’s absolutely amazing. There are some fitness apps I have tried which have failed to deliver, but this app is one that I’ve combined into my 6 day workout routine and do it about 1-2 times a week.
