How to Commit to Taking Action

Today’s post is all about committing to Taking Action, and how that decision will affect your entire year!  Making a decision and setting goals to do something is the first step, but Taking Action is what is going to get you to the desired outcome.

Are You Ready To Take Action?
Are You Ready To Take Action?

Do you know that the idea of “Taking Action” is one of the things that paralyzes most people and causes them to actually do nothing? We can have so many dreams and desires….our imagination can take us to amazing places this year…but most people have no clue where to even begin or WHERE to start taking action.

That’s why so many dreams are never realized….So many dreams are kept inside and are never allowed to flourish into what they were designed to accomplish in this world. I don’t know about you, but when my life is over, I don’t want to die with ANY dream inside.

So how do you start Taking Action? Follow these few simple steps below to get yourself into that momentum that keeps you going every day. Commit to the Process. Commit for at least 90 days. I promise that if you give your goals 100% focus for 90 days you will be amazed at what you can accomplish!

1) WRITE DOWN your goals. Put the pen to paper and spend a half hour to an hour writing down every single outcome you want to have this year.
2) Spend some time on your Vision. (Aren’t vision and goals the same you ask? No.) Your vision is LONG term. Not just what you will accomplish in a year, but why you are doing this. Where do you want to be, who do you want to be, how do others see you, what do you spend your time doing….those kind of things. If you need help with creating your vision you can grab my training HERE
3)Be accountable. Sign up for a Challenge…buddy up with someone as an Accountability partner, stick to your schedule. Don’t just SAY you’ll commit. You HAVE to take the step to keep yourself accountable or you will fail miserably.  A lot of times that will mean investing in yourself and your success, and that is a decision you will not regret.
4)Use an Activity Tracker. I use one every day.  If you want access to an awesome Activity Tracker you can go over to  It is absolutely amazing how tracking what you do puts you in some crazy momentum and profits.

I told you that the next few posts were going to be about me sharing some of the things I did in 2014 to have success. And all of those above points were so much of what I did! I took a challenge last year called the Your Next 90 Days which really set some amazing momentum and action for me.  I saw some great results just after committing for 90 Days.  Whether it’s your FIRST 90 Days, or your NEXT 90 Days, this course will knock your socks off and set you into some crazy success! It was the start of the ultimate change in my business. I am a product of being accountable and committing to the process.

Check out today’s video to find out the incredible value in Challenges at this time of year, and why you absolutely need to be in one if you are serious about your success.

If you want more information about the 100 Day Biz Builder Challenge that I was a part of, you can enter your name and email HERE to find out how you can access the recordings and have the same success that the rest of us had!

Challenge groups are a huge part of success. Even if it’s just organizing a group of you and your friends or your team….set some competitions, some prizes….make each other share what you get done each day…encourage each other and coach each other, and commit together to your success!

Thank you for stopping by today! If this was helpful to you and you got some value, please share on social media, and with those you care about!

Have a wonderful day =)

    1. For sure! I think we were all at that point. Blessed to have gone through that challenge to finally figure it out! Thank you Christina 🙂

  1. I use a 90 Min Block timer, its like a tally machine but blocks off 90 minutes focused on one action and once They are done, thats it, I have to move to the next planned activity. This allows me to focus and keep on the activity for the time blocked off or I loose out & have to reschedule it for the next day etc etc. Thanks for the resources you recommend Angel I will def Check them out!

    1. That’s an awesome idea Julie. I do the same thing, but for 30 min (2 year old in the house lol) It’s a good system! Thanks for the comment Julie!
