  1. Hey Angel… good post… although I’m not a fitness buff I do think about losing some weight… again. A couple of years ago I started walking 3-5 miles a day. I lost 60 lbs in about 8 months. Then I stopped… WHY? I haven’t a clue. In a year I gained back 50 of those pounds. Somehow the mind has to be programmed for a new future vision of you BEFORE you even start a new fitness regimen if you’re going to be able to lose weight, keep fit, and keep the weight off permanently.

  2. Ah, currently a big part of my life with a 4 mos old after a c-section—nothing like that to make you have to work hard at getting back into shape!

    Lost 30 lbs. with just walking and dance even with our horrible winter weather, but so looking forward to the Spring to be able to do more.

    1. Wow Valerie! Good on you! Especially after only 4 months and a c-section! You are dedicated! I am looking forward to the change in weather as well, can’t wait to get moving outside 🙂

  3. I emailed you. I really strive to get back on track with healthy eating and exercise, but life gets so busy! I need an accountability partner so that even on the days where I am working long into the night, they still kick my butt to exercise – even if for just a few minutes!

  4. Ugh. This post reminds me of all those post baby pounds that are still around…6 months later. Gotta do something about that.
